The 32 units of senior citizen housing is available to individuals 62 or older, handicapped/disabled persons regardless of age. Tenants can take advantage of the garden setting yet are within walking distance to the major shopping district of Allegany and City of Olean. The apartments are equipped with a range & refrigerator, carpet & tile throughout, ceiling fan, grab bars in the bathroom, neighbor-call/neighbor-help pull strings in the bedroom & bath, and secure main entrance door with intercom. This two-story building includes an elevator and is fully handicapped accessible. Community features include onsite office, community room, laundry, storage, outdoor patio and enclosed gazebo.
