3d Development Group spearheaded the redevelopment of Brogan Manor on behalf of the Auburn Housing Authority. The extensive scope of work will result in a total transformation of the property with all 88-units back in service by October, 2015. 3d secured the public subsidy and private investment necessary to remediate environmental issues, improve accessibility, reduce energy use, and improve the living environment to ensure the property remains a valuable housing resource in the City of Auburn. 3d is responsible for all tenant temporary relocation activities, development team coordination, financing, environmental, construction, state housing agency compliance and investor relations.
