3d Development Group, LLC is committed to the development and redevelopment of quality affordable residential housing. Bruce Levine, President and founder has developed more than 2,000 residential units since 1989 and has maintained a long-term commitment and a desire to meet the needs of each community. The firm is capable of delivering the entire development process in-house from site selection through construction completion. The success of each development and depth of knowledge has earned the company a national reputation.
 

We have developments throughout New York State and offer consulting services throughout the country. 3D Development has developed properties in urban, suburban and rural areas. All of our buildings have been designed for the affordable sector, seniors and other special needs populations. Most recently, we have focused on the needs of working families and are working closely with a number of municipalities to develop affordable workforce housing. We frequently team up with joint venture partners, both for-profit and not-for-profit; we pride ourselves on knowing how to be an efficient and easy partner with which to work. In addition, we have actively and successfully worked with state and local governments in public-private partnerships to redevelop failing housing projects.
 

We actively engage local and statewide governments to promote housing solutions and will continue to be a vocal advocate for the elimination of barriers to affordable housing.
