This building is the first affordable housing in the Village. We were very excited and happy to work with the Village officials to provide safe, affordable and attractive housing for seniors within the Village of Churchville. Ehr-Dale Heights is available to Senior Citizens 62 years of age or older, handicapped/disabled regardless of age. Apartments are equipped with central air conditioning, range and refrigerator, carpet and tile throughout, ceiling fan, grab bars in the bathrooms, neighbor call/neighbor help pull strings in the bedroom & bath, and secure main entrance door with intercom. This two-story building includes an elevator and is fully handicapped accessible.
3d Development Group developed this property on behalf of the Finger Lakes Community Development Corp., a subsidiary of the Geneva Housing Authority. With assistance from the City of Geneva, the site, a former industrial property, was tested and cleaned in order to make it suitable for residential development. 3D Development secured funding from the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal and Federal Home Loan Bank of New York to pay for improvements and maximize affordability for the low income senior citizens of Geneva. The 32 one and two bedroom apartments are available to senior citizens aged 62 and older. Apartments come equipped with a range & refrigerator, carpet & tile throughout, ceiling fan, grab bars in the bathrooms, neighbor call/neighbor help pull strings in the bedroom & bath & secure main entrance door with intercom. There also is an onsite office, community room, laundry, storage and an outdoor patio where residents enjoy the surrounding neighborhood. The building is equipped with an elevator and is fully handicapped accessible. Ehr-Dale Heights is located in Churchville, NY, Monroe County. The building

unit Senior Citizen building constructed on the former Ehr-Dale Farms.
