Opened in 2008 and located at Bolivar and Tuscarora roads, just outside of Chittenango.  The 24 one and two-bedroom units offer spacious living and dinning rooms available to Senior Citizens 62 years of age or older, handicapped/disabled regardless of age. The building offers on site management, a community room, laundry facilities, out door patio and balconies and kitchens with hardwood floors.

Housing for senior citizens was embraced by the Village of Cobleskill and led to the construction of Stoneview Apartments.  Located at 83 Barnerville Road, the project was completed in 2001.
