 3d Development Group, LLC provides expertise in the development, redevelopment, or restructuring of affordable multi-family housing.

Bruce L. Levine is the President of 3d Development Group, L.L.C. located in Amherst, New York.  Mr. Levine was graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Master of Arts Degree in Economics (1995) and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Design and Planning (1989).

Since 1989, Mr. Levine has developed or rehabilitated upwards of 2,000 units of affordable housing in New York State.

Mr. Levine is a Certified (Tax) Credit Compliance Professional (C3P) and received training in Fair Housing/Section 504 regulations. He is a Board Member of the New York State Association for Affordable Housing, a Member of the New York State Rural Rental Housing Association and immediate past President of Jewish Federation Housing, a not-for-profit provider of low income senior citizen housing.

Mr. Levine has been a speaker at conferences sponsored by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, New York State Association of Area Agencies on Aging, New York State Public Housing Authority Directors Association, New York State Association for Affordable Housing, New York State Bar Association,   Institute of Real Estate Managers and the Land Use Leadership Alliance Training Program (a program of Pace University.)

Among all of Mr. Levine's accomplishments, he is also an Honorary Resident of Kirkwood, New York.

Erika R. Curran, Project Specialist, has been with 3d Development Group, LLC since February 2002.  Mrs. Curran was graduated from Erie Community College with an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts and Science (1999) and was graduated from Medaille College with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies (2006). Mrs. Curran has extensive experience in construction management, real-estate sales and development along with multi unit management since 1997.  Mrs. Curran is also a Notary Public.

More recently Mrs. Curran has participated in projects through the Federal Home Loan Bank, NYS Affordable Housing Corporation, New York State Division of Housing & Community Renewal, and USDA Rural Development. Mrs. Curran has been trained in Fair Housing & Accessibility.
